ZS Auto World Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, every reserved vehicle is held for three (3) business days. A minimum 50% deposit is required within the reservation period, and failure to submit payment within this window will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Once your deposit is confirmed, our logistics team begins the shipping procedure on the schedule agreed between you and ZS Auto World. As soon as full payment is received, shipping and title documents are dispatched by courier (DHL, FedEx or equivalent).
Shipping Terms
These standard international trade terms define exactly what is included in your vehicle's price and where responsibility for the shipment transfers to you.
Free On Board
Covers the cost of the vehicle plus all expenses up to and including loading onto the vessel at the port of origin. Ocean freight is arranged and paid separately by the buyer.
Cost & Freight
Includes the vehicle price and ocean freight to the destination port. Marine insurance during transit is arranged separately by the buyer.
Cost, Insurance & Freight
Covers all expenses in the country of origin plus ocean freight and marine insurance for the voyage. Ask our team for an insurance quote at the time of booking.
Roll-on / Roll-off
Vehicles are driven directly onto and off the vessel — the most economical shipping method for standard cars, SUVs and light trucks.
Containerised Freight
Your vehicle ships in a sealed shipping container for extra protection — recommended for luxury, classic or high-value vehicles, or shipments of multiple units.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Every vehicle is inspected and certified before loading, with a full condition report and photographs sent to you ahead of shipment.
